Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance. We request that patients inform us as early as possible so that the appointment slot may be made available to others.

Refund Policy

Consultation fees, therapy charges, and other service fees once paid are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Autiam. If a payment has been deducted due to a technical error or duplicate transaction, the amount will be reviewed and refunded after verification.

Cancellation by Autiam

In rare situations where an appointment or service is cancelled by Autiam due to unforeseen circumstances, patients will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund, wherever applicable.
